how does coaching work?
It works through a combination of:
You pick the goal.
I’ll help you be consistent.
You know what you need to do to improve your health- THE LITTLE THINGS!! When done consistently, they add up to big results over time.
Consistency can be tricky though!
That is where coaching comes in.
I used to struggle with starting a new eating plan or exercise routine only to stop 2 weeks later. The yo-yo dieting was impacting my health. Feeling frustrated and hopeless, I found a certified health coach. She helped me make changes I had never been able to achieve before.
So I decided to become a Duke certified wellness coach myself! I am currently working toward national board certification.

We track your goals, your progress, your action steps. This document walks us through the process step by step and keeps us organized.
I partner with you to come up with little experiments that help you find solutions that work to get your goals.
